Darrell Choates CEO/ Choates General Contracting Ignoring my calls/emails and Refusing to pay me my last paycheck of 32 hours and adjustments for over two weeks. Philadelphia Pennsylvania

I was employed by Choates General Contracting and after I found out that I was not being paid my hourly wages properly I resigned. I have been waiting over two weeks on final check, yet Darrell Choates, CEO repeatedly makes excuses of why I am not paid (the check didn't clear, checks will be cut Monday, there is a problem, checks will be cut to you until problems between him and the contractor is fixed). Darrell Choates owns a MBE/DBE and get help from the City of Philadelphia. The city needs to know that he will not pay his employees. I have contacted the Daily News, 6 Action News, and Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell ( no response). I would like to paid for the last 32 hours I worked for CGC. Unlawful deductions were also made each check for union dues, yet I am not in an union. Beware of this Company he will ignore all texts,email, and calls to get your pay!!!!
