Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
David Mizrahi gives a bad name to mortgage professional. He is rude, and has no business being in the customer sercice field. He uses deceptive practices and has given me closing costs and fees I did not agree to. When I questioned them and asked to go over them, he refused and basically tried to force me to sign the paperwork and close with him.
Bad practices David Mizrahi!!! You need to have your mortgage license revoked and get out of the business! That is no way to treat your clients.

David Mizrahi gives a bad name to the mortgage industry. He is rude, and has no business being in the customer service field. He uses deceptive practices and has given me closing costs and fees I did not agree to. When I questioned them and asked him to go over the documents, he refused and tried to force me to sign the paperwork and close with him.
He is a contributing factor to the mortgage crisis. I hope people are able to read this to prevent him from doing this to others. He should not get away with this. Bad business practices, David Mizrahi!!!! Dishonesty will get you nowhere!
