David Tours & Travel Judy Pearl David Tours & Travel I signed a contract for a Ski Trip for January 2020 for a total of 15 people. The Company cancelled my Trip due to another Group that canceled on them. Philadelphia PA

I have a chain of emails to and from Judy Pearl and not one time did she say I needed a larger Group or My Trip would be cancelled.  After I informed Judy on this she then said The Tour Group Hosting the Ski Trips Canceled my Trip.  I never signed a Contract with anyone outside of David Tours and Travel.
