Done deal home buyers and Sam Hopkins are not what they claim. They do not buy houses. They tie up properties by lying to properties while they try to find buyers. They are not licensed real estate people nor have any real legal knowledge of property sales.

They off fake contracts without giving any good faith money before closing. Which makes these contracts not valid. There are some good home wholesalers out there this is not one of them . Home owners beware.
