We have filed a court action against him in the Shasta County. We also are looking into more serious charges. He doesn & #39;t pay his bills he sell horses and doesn & #39;t claim the income he won & #39;t show up to do a farrier job more than half the time. & nbsp; He is a con artist and thinks nobody can make him do anything. He has no property in his name. He has child support case against him too. & nbsp;
