Derek Pinkham charged $2,000 to “produce” a song and then $2,500 to produce a song. The first song I wrote alone and he claimed he co wrote which he did not. He wouldn’t release the song without charging more for mix and master which he had said was included when he wanted my song.

The contract with his publishing company is long and illegal. He also claimed he wrote the song melody which I wrote alone. He is a liar and will steal song lyrics and notes. He has been paid for over 2 years and not done any work. He is delusional and admittedly sick.  VT pop records is fraudulent and illegal.
