Dereq had a 5 minute virtual consultation with me and charged $50. I then booked to have my haircut with him that Friday which required a $22 deposit. My family and I contracted COVID so I notified Dereq via text about 32 hours in advance. He then told me he won't service me anymore and referred me to a friend of his. I asked him to reschedule and he ghosted me.

He's unethical and unprofessional at best.
