Was promised the sun, all I got was a bright flash in my face. They lie about their customer ratings, buy the rest. They claim to be a part of the BBB, not only are they not, they have a F rating. They have over 200 complaints/bad reviews on Yelp alone.
They take your money, then leave you to contact the ACTUAL TRANSPORT COMPANY. You are given the impression they are upfront, helpful and easy to deal with. Not the case at all. I spent a entire day trying to get a hold of Kristen(or anyone who would help) After I was told my car was to be dropped off in literally the middle of nowhere. Guilty people run and hide, this is also a thing with Direct Connection Auto Transport.
