Received mobile cart bright pink they took it back sent a more expensive one had it two days ssent it back charged my card 800 dollars restocking fee i knew about the fee but never thought it be that much called up ask to reduce it.

Got a whole story how he was paralized from neck down spent a lot of money on his own chair and then would t take it back at all. Offered me 50 dollars off  told him no thanks i would file a law suit against him he said go ahead still paying   off  800 dollars for restocking.

Not exactly sure what you are going to sue for. Unless you can prove that the resocking fee they took out was more than what is in writing, you will lose.

The fact that you have admitted you knew about it but didn't "think" it would be that much is not a reason a court would order the amount reduced.
