doug herbert cams Paid for product I never received

Ordered a cam beginning of Nov 2021 was told 2 weeks tops now almost end of Feb 2022 and all they can say is it has been sent, no tracking info, no shippers notice on door, no calls. Asked them if they could at least be man enough and tell me if I am wasting my time waiting for something that will never show up but still waiting.

You decide if they deserve your trust I am pretty well giving up any hope and just keep wasting more money calling them to hear the same thing " I have no idea where your cam is at, we sent it" that is all I can tell you the doe head keeps telling me now you go figure what that is supposed to mean???
