DP Construction and Remodeling Dan Plant Kept stalling about doing work, then refused to refund deposit of $1,000 Mayfield KY

I hired Mr. Plant to replace the roof on my house for $1,900. He did approximately 2 hours worth of work and kept giving excuses of why he wasn't showing up to finish the job. This went on for nearly a month, July -  August. I got tired of waiting, and was feeling as though I had been ripped off, so I told him I wanted my deposit back, which at the onset he said he would do, then he decided that he would not give me my money back because I commented on what happened on my personal facebook page. Now I am out $1,000 for a non-completed job. I filed a police report and an Attorney General Consumer complaint today.
