We use to love this place until it went under new management. We came one day and they were late on our tub service so when it was over, I asked what about the lateness, waiting for drink refills etc. Remember we have been here under new management. Now they have drink maximums and won't let you purchase additional time on the tubs.

Remember you can only do the tubs if you pay for the 150.00 massages. Just totally gone down on the customer service. When I reached out to the new owner, she defended all the bad behavior and claims they never increased their prices. How would you know as a new manager when we started going here 20 years ago? We have decided to not visit this place again.
