I was given a form with activation instructions for a 3-4 or 7 day cruise requiring a $98 activation fee. Once I paid the fee, they were to send the booking forms and information. So I (stupidly) paid the fee. After that, I heard nothing. Emails to the address listed on the form go unanswered. When I call, I am told they "don't charge $98 for their service and have no record of me paying the activation fee.

I should have listened to my gut...if it's too good to be true, it isn't true.
