EasyPay Finance Duvera Billings Services LLC SCAMMERS-- do NOT borrow money Carlsbad Ca
*Consumer Comment: Just how did they scam you?
*Consumer Comment: Now Here's a MAJOR Revelation...
First the customer service is 'TERRIBLE' and extremely UNprofessional.
here is why:
I contacted Easypay Finance on 05 July 2019 and stated payment was due that day. Customer service rep. explained to me that I could MAIL my payment and I would NOT be charged a late fee. I complied with that suggestion and I just received a 'LATE' notice and FEE dated 29 July 2019 (wtf LIARS).
I contacted the bank and found that the 'Money Order' was cashed\cleared on 15 July 2019 Monday (smh). Before filing this complaint I was reading other complaints brought against this company and I see that it is a pattern (potentially trying to scam customers) ****BEWARE****

- You "complied" with their suggestion to actually make your payment...please excuse me while I take a few minutes to laugh my head off.
Now back to reality..You admit you called ON the due date. At that point and time it wouldn't matter if they did or did not say you would get a late fee. The only they were going to get their payment is if you mail it. What would you have done if they said you would have received a late fee, just said.."Oh well I guess I just won't pay them"?
You obviously don't have a regular bank account or you would have used your debit card or an ACH from your account instead of a "Money Order". Oh and don't say you have a regular account, because people with regular accounts DO NOT send Money Orders.
I contacted the bank and found that the 'Money Order' was cashed\cleared on 15 July 2019 Monday (smh).
- By my calendar that is 10 days past due. So when they told you to mail it, did you happen to ask when they had to receive it by to avoid the late fee?

If you don't want to pay late fees, then PAY ON TIME! Now I realize that might be a bit hard to understand, in that case find a grade schooler who can easily understand that statement and ask them to explain it to you, even if it means drawing pictures to make it easier.
