Purchased ecoborder products on their website on April 27th 2020, almost 5 months ago (Order # AB-4997). Still haven't received the product, and it still shows "in processing" even though my card has been charged. I have called and emailed multiple times with zero response from the company. I am not the only one, there are multiple others that have posted similar situations on the company's Facebook page and on bbb.org.
