Ed Fontyn talked me into paying him a deposit, then proceeded to not show up to do the work or to return the deposit. I received over a dozen excuses why he could not return either to do the work or refund the deposit. After checking his background, it was discovered he has several criminal convictions.

Several criminal convictions involved fraud and theft. Many more criminal convictions involve DUI and driving with a suspended license. He claimed to have a license, he does not.

He has a long term residence in Riverside County and comes to Ventura County to acquire his money.
