Asphalt Paving Scam Kingsport Tennessee

In September of 2019 or 2020, Eddie Small appeared at the home belonging to two elderly sisters, in Hiawasee, GA. They were told that their asphalt driveway needed to be sealed, and a price was quoted. The & quot;work & quot; was done within a short period of time. The final charge was $6000. The next morning, suspecting a scam, the sisters called their bank to & nbsp;cancel the check. Unfortunately, the check had already been cashed.

I read that in 2018, Frank Edward Small, of 116 Spring Dr. Kingsport, Tennessee was sentenced to 5 years in prison for charges of a similar nature. I need to look up prison records to see when he & nbsp;was released.
