In 2013 I purchased a directory software from eDirectory/Arca Solutions, Inc and I've been hosting my website on their servers pretty much ever since! In the summer of 2021 after a couple of disputes with their technical & sales departments, I decided to move my website. They migrated my website to a similar server which their technical team has chosen and met all the criteria and requirements to properly sustain a website like mine. Migration service was included in the yearly contract which was paid. After migration was completed, I noticed technical issues with my software; issues I never had before and from Aug 2021 through this day (Dec.8.2023) I made several complains to them. They fixed some but after a while the same issues occurred again. After April 2022 they stopped responding to my emails. I guess if I'm not hosting with them anymore, they don’t want to fix these issues. I told them I will take legal action against them if they won’t cooperate. Since then (April 2022), it’s gotten worse! They’re not even pretending anymore to fix the issues with my software. Moreover, they've been engaging in additional illicit activities sabotaging and vandalizing my website. They're doing this deliberately, getting more & more aggressive about it. Recently (Jan. 2023), they started making changes to my website (without my approval). Their justification is irrational. They do not return phone calls. I wrote them several times telling them I did not request these changes. They won't respond to my emails and when they do respond, they do it just to antagonize me. I wrote to their CEO as well but never got a reply from him. It’s a living a nightmare. This madness has to stop. I have the right to be able to walk away with a properly working software and continue getting customer support for my paid software license since this software is continuously being updated for new versions – which I'm entitled to!

My website has been entirely taken down

AUTHOR: Nathan - (United States)

POSTED: Monday, December 11, 2023

Less than 48 hrs since I filled my report here, against eDirectory/Arca Solutions as well as on other 6-7 similar websites, my website (www.word2mouth.com) has been taken down entirely. I can't even login my admin. The eDirectory team are the only ones holding the login credentials to my server. I wrote right away, to the general attorney in my state (SC) and the general attorney where their business is registered (VA).

I'll see what's going to happen next. I'll keep updating.
