Edmond B. Siegel Edmond B. Siegel & Associates; and Sequoia Concepts Inc. DBA Sequoia Financial Service They were illegal and fraudulent represent a non California Corporation to file a lawsuit and filed the liens to my home Santa Monica California

  In or about 1995, the 20th Insurance Company, a California corporation, filed a lawsuit against me,  case number # 91C4815, and the court-ordered in its favor:" Costs of suit pursuant to cost bill". Since it is a very small amount, therefore, the 20th Century has not filed. (Copy available)

In or about 2003, attorney David H. Loomis, located at 500N Brand Blvd, Suite 1200, Glendale, CA 91203, phone number (818) 409-6055, illegally represented the 20th Century filed a lawsuit in Orange Superior court, Newport Beach Justice Center, case number# 91C4815, and was awarded it over $3,000.00. He then filed a lien to my home. Soon after that, in or about 2003, David H. Loomis's attorney license was suspended (Copy available)

In or about October 2004, Edmond B. Siegel located at 249 N. Brand Blvd, Suite 538, Glendale, CA 91203, and he used the same as David H. Loomis's phone number, (818) 409-6055. He then fraudulently, make up the substitution of attorney from David H. Loomis, who was suspended the attorney license, and illegally represented the 20th Century, a non-existed California corporation to file a second lawsuit against me, case number # 02HL04551, and change the case name to Sequoia vs. Nguyen (Copy available).

The same judge, Judge Corey S. Cramin, was ordered in their favor for the amount of about $3,800.00. They then filed a second lien to my home (Copy available)

The Edmond B. Siegel & Associates, then change the applicant name from the 20th Century Insurance company, a non-existed California corporation, to Sequoia Concepts Inc. DBA Sequoia Financial Services at the same address and the phone number of The attorney David H Loomis, the one was suspended his attorney license. 500N. Brand Blvd. Suite 1200, Glendale, CA 91203, the phone number is (818) 409-6055 (Copy available)

Here are the issues:

1. In about 1995, The 20th Century Insurance company, a California corporation, case number 91C4815, has ordered to file a cost of bill. However, the 20th Century has failed to file it to the court. (Copy available); and

2.  In about 2002,  The 20th Century has closed business in California, and therefore, it is no longer a California corporation (Copy available); and

3.  In about 2003, The attorney David H. Loomis illegally and fraudulently represented 20th Century to file a lawsuit and was illegally awarded in the amount of about $3,000.00. He then filed a lien to my home. In the same year, 2003, he was suspended his license from the California BAR (Copy available); and

4.  In about 2004, Edmond B. Siegel has fraudulently produced a Substitution of Attorney from David H. Loomis, even those, The David H. Loomis's attorney license was suspended (Copy available); and

5. Edmond B. Siegel, illegally and fraudulently represented the 20th Century to file a second lawsuit against me, even those, the 20th Century is no longer doing business in California and the California corporation license was suspended. The same Superior Court judge, Judge Corey S. Cramin ordered in favor of the 20th Century for about $3,800.00 (Copy available); and

6. Edmond B. Siegel, then fraudulently produced the "Application for and Renewal of Judgement" to change the name from the 20th Century Insurance company to the Sequoia Concepts Ins. DBA Sequoia Financial Services and used the same address and phone number of David H. Loomis. The address is 500 N. Brand Blvd, Suite 1200, Glendale, California 91203 and the phone number is (818) 409-6055. Then he filed a lien to my home for the Sequoia Financial Services (Copy available); and

7. As of today, I have 2 fraudulently and illegally liens, the first is for the 20th Century Insurance Company by David H. Loomis and the second is for Sequoia Financial Services by Edmond B. Siegel.
