I was selling you my personal scooter because we do not sell used products due to us being a repair shop for e-scooters and e-bikes and we would never want our customers thinking we would want to sell their personal belongings.You initially brought me an Gotrax scooter which needed new tires & tubes which came out to be $225. You sent us $400 via cashapp. This is during the time you discovered the scooter and became interested. You left a deposit of $175 for the E-Scooter and needed to pay the rest. You told me You are a door to door worker for AT&T and you made commission, in which you told me you had ups and downs in pay. I offered an $1700 scooter to you for around $750 and the battery for it would cost around $500, if I don't recall. Our repair policy says all repair must be paid up front before work starts. 4 months come around and you still haven't made a payment towards the scooter. After 30 days normally you would forfeit the scooter. There are is a strict no refund policy on repairs. We only offer a return policies on newly purchased items only! This was explained to you but maybe it was the drugs you were on when you arrived to the shop pacing up and down the hallway. I'm not risking my money into a used product. If you want it you pay for it and I will repair it. I only charged you for the part and the labor. Fast forward 4 months later you called and asked if the scooter was ready I told you no it needed to be paid for first then I would proceed with fixing it and all the drama begins. I have over 100 scooters and bikes in my shop for repair. As a small business owner that's a big risk to involve my personal money for a use item that cannot be sold to get the money back for the parts and labor. I get products in various conditions and most of the time people do not take care of their belongings. Moving forward you asked me could I fix it then you would come and pay for it. I told you No and my policy is my policy! You told me you did not trust my black a** and would prefer to do it your way. Well I did not trust you as well. so this is my business and I will conduct business to protect the business as everyone else does. Then you started making threats saying you would let the 300 co workers in your group no what kind of shady guy I am and you and your co-workers would post 1 star reviews about me until you got your money back and you did. I have the screenshots as proof and threatening text messages. That was extortion and let law enforcement know what you were doing and I also found out you didn't register your new address with the state for being a child molester. Since the address you provided wasn't what you had registered with the PD and a 3 time felon. But in all I did all I could. Just like any car lot used goods are sold as-is no refunds. I appreciate the lengths you tried to destroy me but we are still here and thriving.
