After initial down the said for me to file Chapter 13 and I did , next I was required to send numerous documents I did. Then they required more money Or they work just stop working on my case.

I called the Lender my self and they said " No one made an agreement for you, but we will help you ! I am so upset. @80years old its hard to stomach.

Complete False Review Taking down an honest company

This negative review is false, unfair and illegitimate.   We are a honest company and the only reason that a person would ever be asked for additional funds is if they lied and were not upfront about having a sale date on their property.  If this individual is even real then the most frustrating issue is that they never contacted us to discuss any of the concerns directly.  

The honest truth is that there is no payment plan available if an individual has a sale date. So this person failed to disclose this information, and then was asked to follow the sale date policy.  We are simply doing our job and presenting a cost and being HONEST and upfront. We are always committed to making things right and unfortunately this possibly real complaint never called us to address anything.

We also could and would do a 3 way conference call with the lender to PROVE our position and efforts and to cast away any doubts but clearly and unfairly we weren't given the chance to do so. We are not in the business of having any issues over a negligible amount of money.

 we encourage this person or anyone with questions to call us directly with any concerns and we will be open, honest, upfront and address the specifics of this and any concerns in detail crushing any doubts of legitimacy.  We take pride in who we are and and refuse to allow ignorance to discredit our name.
