owner Ricardo Washington is a complete crook. Agreed to the job, took the deposit, then didn't show up on 4 different days after promising he would (each time with a different lame excuse). On the 4th and final day he promised 3 different arrival times and didn't appear for any of them. His phone now goes straight to voicemail and he doesn't return calls or texts. Even his answering service people say they can't reach him.

Run far away from this scumbag. The worst of the worst.
