I paid 50% of the price for a tour package with Euro Uganda Safaris but they have stopped replying to my emails yet I expect to receive a redund from them since I air transport was locked down and I had to cancel my tour package that I had booked with them and paid in advance.

Apple Safaris refused to refund my money

The company changed their name to Apple Safaris. I paid 50% deposit for a tour package on their website and they refused to refund my money when air transport was blocked around the world. They still do not answer my emails.
