I ordered and paid $43.95 for 4 garden torches and received 4 bulbs.

The ad said they would send it out in 3-5 busniess days, but it arrived a month later. I started a email conversation, where in the beginning they acted like they were going to resolve it, but, they finally said that I had only ordered the bulbs (at which time it was too late to return them - it had to be returned in 14 days).

And, if I wanted the "advanced version" with all the acessories, it would be $20.00!

Scammed!!

I ordered 8 torches and received 8 bulbs which I have no use for. I have been going back and forth with emails and they refuse to take these back. They have offered ridiculous low amounts for a refund, I spent $64 and they have offered me $20.

You can tell the perfsons answering my emails are not from the US because of the grammer they use. I will not stop sending emails to them.

This company sucks.

I want my stuff, and I'm going to drive them crazy if I don't , all they want to do is give me 20% back and i said no, I told them I knew that they are doing this to lots of others. i won't give up, and I have 2800 friends on facebook that will pass my message along. I'm so pissed!!!!
