Exclusive Services LLC Dr Rachael Colman Cecilia White Tracy Rawls Vernon Rawls This place commits insurance fraud filed Medicaid for services that were never done. Billed for providers that were never seen. A cash pay client is 20 dollars a day. Medicaid gets billed over 18,000 for 3 dates if service that were never done. The are racist against white clients. If they’re doing this to me they’re doing it to other people. They refuse to provide me with my medical records which is a hippa violation Dont go here Blue Ash Ohio

They closed out of nowhere last week leaving patients confused and no info. Luckily they put the patients at a different clinic just in time. And it seems to be the case here, embezzlement. unreal.
