Exec Ranks - Now Advisory Cloud Advisory Cloud Offered a service, changed the platform shortly after accepting my payment, failed to deliver as noted California

This company touts itself as a placement firm to connect executives with advisory opportunities.  It advertised that I would receive monthly email communications with "good fit" opportunities, etc.  I never received the emails, complaints filed.  They reduced monthly fee by 50% and asked me to continue my membership for 60 days so they could comply with what was advertised.  They readily admitted the system failed to deliver.  They also offer an online search for good matches none of these systems seem to work. 

In recent conversations they have indicated not every background.....  They evaluated and screened my profile BEFORE RECRUITING me so that conversation is a non-starter.  They also asked that I post some content that is relevant to current events in my industry.  I submitted articles to their on-line service and was advised that these articles would take 14 business days to post - making the events relative ancient history in the electronic world we live in.  In short they do not delvier the service indicated AND the site itself to include the advertised support services do not operate as advertised.
