First Fuel & Propane Expense, rude, cheat. Overbilled more than once. Hudson New York

I am not surprised to see all this stuff about him. I live down the street from him in Perth. I was at the Stewart's on Rt 30 with my 15 year old daughter. This peice of crap was staring at her and smiling. If my husband was there he would have tuned him up good. 

Let's get things straight. I never stated that the BBB was part of any goverment body, or quisi govermental body, or law enforcement. The BBB is a business that collects comments and complaints from consumers throughout the United States. The assertion that you can buy an "A" rating is unfounded and speaks to the limited understanding you have regarding the BBB business practices and policies. Bad comments regarding a business can not be erased.  First Fuel is a terrible propane company. They ase exteamly expensive, rude, and unreliable.  Looks like time for education The BBB is NOT part of ANY government or law enforcement body. The BBB has absolutely ZERO POWER to force ANY business to do anything or enforce any business laws. To get their A+"rating", all a business needs to do is BUY THE PHONEY RATING! That is an absolute fact. Because the BBB's PHONEY RATINGS are all PURCHASED, their "ratings" and "accreditations" are absolutely meaningless and therefore NO IMPORTANCE needs to be attached to them. The BBB is a "PAY FOR PLAY" scam. See that" The BBB IS A SCAM Every legitimate business person KNOWS THIS. The ONLY purpose of the PHONEY BALONEY BBB is to SELL their FAKE RATINGS while at the same time DECEIVE THE PUBLIC into thinking they are something they aren't. What ever problems you had with this company has nothing to do with being a BBB "member". They are NOT a member with an A+ PHONEY BALONEY RATING because they have not yet bought into the recognized and documented BBB SCAM
