My iCare Health - Terrible service lack of care Miami-Tampa Florida

This company is a very low quality company. Their network persists of lower grade eye care offices.

Their supervisors will promise to help with their situations caused by the low grade optical providers and what they promise they say will do, ( By their supervisors ) will not be done or followed up.  When having to call them back to speak with those who promised that they would do something it will be as if you spoke to a different company and a different person. This company is a total waste of time. Decided to just find a good eyecare specialist and pay for it myself instead of going through their services from Humana. Totally and completly  disgusting.
