Yandry Perez installed a supposedly new package unit at my Mobile home, i immediately had 2 serious problems, 1st the unit would shut down at least once a day and i would have to shut it down for an hour or so before i could turn it back on, secondly when the unit starts up it makes an helatious sound enough to wake the dead,Yandry is nowhere to be found,and wont answer my calls

I am very sorry to hear this- Yandry Perez is worling without a license, my huaband and I own BAM Air, out of Tampa Fl and we have been getting calls that he is using my husbands CAC license, and started "Fast All" and filed with the state without ever signing a contract . We uses him to.purchase some parts and now it has turned inro this, Please report him to the state, did you ever get your unit fixed?
