DON'T EVER TAKE YOUR TRAILER HERE FOR REPAIRS. I HAD SCUFF SIDE PANELS DONE ON BOTH SIDES OF THE VAN. THE PLASTIC SCUFF PANELS ARE WAVEY. DIRTY AS HELL. THEY LEFT DIRT INSIDE THE VAN. IT WAS NOT ANCORED ON ALL THE POST, EVERY OTHER ONE. THE METAL REMOVED WAS ANCORED ON ALL THE POST!!
THEY SPECIALIZE IN LIFT GATES! BEEN IN BUSINESS A LONG TIME!! THAT DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING IN TODAYS WORLD

I am very sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the work that was done. I have talked with everyone involved on that job to get as many details as possible to rectify this situation. Apparently, when the damaged metal scuff liners are removed and replaced with poly scuff liners, they tend to not be as straight due to the damage to the actual posts they are attached to.
The owner (Freddie) did hear your complaint when you noticed this and offered to anchor them down more to help with the "wavy" result but you declined the offer and said you had to leave. You are still welcome to come back and have it done at no cost.
