I purchased a stun gun and pepper spray from them, online, returned it for a different color (per their instructions on how to do so), mailed the item and it's been over a month and ZERO communications from them whatsover. I have left several messages and no one has contacte me back either by phone or email. In my messages I mentioned I would accept a refund, but so far...nothing.
