1. I have never represented any one name Liz McGillicudy in my life. This report is utterly false and libelous.
2. I saved over 1000 people's homes in the mortgage crisis and had the highest successful modification rate in the country of any firm doing modifications.
3. Yes, I was sued; that is public record. I paid no damages to the Plaintiffs in the case. The plaintiff's came to my firm too late to save their house.
