I backed them on Kickstarter in 2017. They never delivered the products. They have since started an online store, that I have contacted in 2022 and they said that they would send me my products.

Initially there were "processing issues" which they apparently sorted out. They then said again that they would send my products, but after 3 months, they had stopped replying to my requests for updates on the products that they were supposedly sending.

It is now 5 months since I contacted them.
