My neighbor told me we had a local roofer in our community so I decided to give him a shot at doing my new roof.

He gave me a bid. I gave him a deposit of 7500.00 to order the material six weeks ago. He has not returned a text nor phone call.
I googled him and he has done this many times, was even arrested and forced to repay one customer.

I am going to call the police and start legal proceedings against him.
