I ordered a hoodie in December 2024 but never received it. I emailed them, and they said it got lost in transit. I wrote back and told them to refund me my money. Now, they want me to make an account with another company called SEEL to refund my money. I wrote back that I was not doing that much information and wanted my money back. They haven't responded to me.
