Here we are at the end of September. From January to now, that's NINE MONTHS. You have this credit card. You are on the hook for the charges to this credit card. For NINE LONG MONTHS you failed to even READ the credit card statement to see what charges are on YOUR credit card, which YOU are responsible to pay! Have you ever heard of COMMON SENSE? Apparently not because a person with COMMON SENSE, would be checking that statement every month it comes out to see if the amounts on the statement are correct! I'll bet you don't even keep written records of your checking account either and have NEVER balanced that account on a monthly basis! If YOU had used COMMON SENSE to manage your account, you would have caught the FIRST improper charge. I would also bet when this order was placed, you and or your husband never, ever bothered to READ the Terms and Conditions of the sale and simply agreed to whatever it said without even knowing what it said. They are not required to refund all the money. There are limitations on how far back such charge backs can be made. By the way, there are no such things as "hidden charges" or "fine print" ! Those are excuses people use to try to cover up the incredible stupidity of NOT reading Terms and Conditions, reading their own credit card statements and not managing their checking accounts. Let me save you some time and effort. Don't bother writing back something equally as stupid as "you must work for them". I'll tell you ahead of time...I don't!
