Hi, Had booked Bunk bed on rental service from Furlenco. Even after promising delivery within 72 Hrs, order is not closed since 14th October. Nobody responses from their team. They deliver Bunk bed in parts and in 4 attempts they are unable to close this because everytime some part is missing.

This is very frustating and their care team is of no help. When enquired, they hang up phone and dont given any proper answer. Their care team, doesnt know about the product and when enquired, they provide wrong product details.
