Looked up the phone number for Facebook and called it. I got a man named Edward T. He explained that he could help me. After 1 hour he said he was still working on it. # hours later he was still working on it. Well then he asked passwords and web sights. That did it. He charged all this X box games and I don't even have an X box.. I am 73 years old, no grandchildren to play.
