Gaming Plug Ins.com Re-furbished X-BOX Rip-off Internet

My son fell victim to an Internet scam invloving a company called Gaming Plugins. On 7/31/08, Gaming-Plugins.com withdrew $34.99 from my son's bank account; in return, promising a re-furbished X-Box 360 gaming system. Needeless to say, he has not received the system. This company even sent a confirmation email to my son; all the while appearing very legitimate. Please contact me regarding my options at this point. In the meantime, I am contacting the bank to try to resolve this matter. Jordan **** Lansdowne, Pennsylvania
