The Georgia Gazette Matthew Sayle Want Delete My Mugshot Off Of Their Website Richmond Hill 60 Smoke Rise Rd

My case was dismissed over a year ago and I mailed all of my documents showing that the case was dismissed to their po box on their website.  Per law if a case is dismissed a company have 30 days to remove the mugshot off of their commerical website and this company is breaking the law disregarding the stature of 35-1-19. They never answer the phone and everytime I email them they are always sending me a automated email response. The owner Matthew Sayle who are posting the mugshots online everyday is a convicted criminal himself, and he plead guilty to DUI with a 0.08 BAC in washington county, illinois. He is exploiting people online everyday for monetary gain, and is not abiding by the law that was put in place to have my mugshot removed. I have contacted the phone and email numerous of times yet and still I'm getting no answer to why my mugshot haven't been removed.
