Giant German Shepherds i was supposed to receive a 16-week-old giant German Shepherd instead I received a puppy that was less than 16 pounds and smaller than my cat. South Cumby Texas

This puppy had no health check and never saw a vet. She sent shot and worm records she had filled out and supposedly administered . The puppy did not have a health check before transporting across state line. The puppy was malnurished he was aboout the size of a Dotson instead of a giant German Shepherd. The puppy is small boned and has little feet. The puppy is very tiny and had internal and external paracites.
