Ordered sample. Neither phone number nor email work for customer service. Something is amiss. cannot reach customer service. They obviously don’t want you to call and cancel product. I will not pay any additional money if they send more.

Another customer reported that they gave the wrong city. Obviously they make it impossible to contact them. I believe it is a scam. Surprised. Lori Grinere has her name tied to this. Thanks for posting
