Global Data USA Mortgage leads not valid-no working numbers or emails

I deposited $50 into the global data funding account. I have only spent 20 and I have a -15 dollar balance. Also none of the leads that I have purchased have working phone numbers or emails. These are also on recent lead applications. I can see if it was 3 months old and maybe they lost their phone number but that is not the case. Out of 15 leads I have no working emails or any working phone numbers. I have emailed the sales and no response. I also have a screenshot of my account with purchase leads and the amount that they total to.
