Some months ago I opened an account with Goldmoney.com. I deposited funds in the account, but I've never used the funds to purchase metals. I noticed that they were taking $10 per month from my account despite the fact that I've never invested the funds. I decided to withdraw my money, but when I tried to do so I was told that I can only withdraw any profits from any metals investments. In short, I can't get my money back.

The Agreement?

Surely you received a copy of the CONTRACT you signed during the deposit process, didn't you? Surely YOU READ the CONTRACT to see the Terms and Conditions to which YOU were obligating yourself to, didn't you? READ that contract and see what it says in regard to closing the account and return of deposits. Moving forward...beware there are MANY shysters in this "gold" business. They come out of the woodwork like stench from a broken sewer pipe whenever there's a slight turbulence in the stock market. They prey on in-experienced investors by alluding gold is always going up in value. It isn't and it doesn't and when it comes to selling it, you will be pay thru the nose as well as other bodily orifices in commission which will diminish any possible gains...Secondarily, when you buy gold or any other precious metal, you have a storage problem. In summary, I don't work for them or any other sleazy sales operation.
