GoPro Auto LLC Owner Chris Bad Paperwork and NOT returning calls or text. Lake Wylie South Carolina

Bought a 2005 Gold Honda Accord from car sales owner named Chris for $2000. He delivered the car to me on April 27, 2022. He gave me the bill of sale and some other couple pieces of paper; sold as is, no warranty and a pre title application along which he said if I had any problems with the car or getting it registered let him know and he would come with me to the DMV here in Charlotte.

Well life happened and I called and texted him to give update to where I stood with getting the car registered due to him letting me use a SC temporary plate. I let him know that I was waiting for my income to be restored and get some insurance as well as getting the car registered, he said ok. A week or so goes by and he said it was some piece he needed to change out from the engine pertaining to the air quality and stop it from smoking when I put the AC on., I said ok. He came and change it. 

Well a week goes by since he changed the piece on the engine and he did mentioned to contact him if I have any problems or if it starts to smoke: he changed his story and said 'Whoever I get my car fixed/mechanic from go to them.' I reminded him what he said, he then stopped responding. 

I did have other problems with the car; master cylider, alternator and battery in which the car stopped in the middle of the street and could have caused a major accident. 

I did go to the DMV on E. Independence Blvd and the customer service agent said the Pre-Title paperwork was not correct, the Notary put expiration date with 2031.
