They advertise a fee for the entire service. Then they send you the SAME APPLICATION you can get for free and instructions to pay fees to the state!

Are we paying for them to send us an application form?

I expected an expedited copy of my birth record directly from them BEFORE I was charged.

I will never do business with them again and I will not recommend them to anyone.
