Guilford County NC Small Claims Court Greensboro Tricked me into paying for court costs for virtual lawsuit I wanted to open and then said it could not be done virtually and stole my money Greensboro, North Carolina

I had an issue with a person in Greensboro NC so I needed to open a small claim against them. I contacted the court and they assured me since I was out of state several hours away I could open the case and appear virtually via Zoom. I paid the court costs and never recieved any zoom login information. I contacted the court and they said just a few days from the court date I could not appear virtually it must be in person. Of course this is after I paid them in full for the court costs with a money order. I argued with them requesting my money back and they said it wasn't possible. Over $135 down the drain to a court house SCAM!
