I RECEIVED A CAROUSEL GUM BALL MACHINE AS A GIFT AND RECENTLY IT FELL ONTO THE CARPET IN MY BEDROOM. AND SHATTERED THE GLASS GLOBE THAT IT COMES WITH. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO CALL ME BACK AND NEVER DID.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN GLASS SHATTER ON CARPET WHICH LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THIS WAS MADE WITH POOR QUALITY GLASS.
