MS. CRYSTAL LAX AND DOMINIQUE LAX FROM LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA. MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER DOMINIQUE WERE BUYING AFRICAN AMERICAN CUSTOMERS AT THIS SHOP.
ON SATURDAY SEPTEMBER 28, 2019 THE YOUNG WHITE CASHIER WORKING THAT DAY AROUND 12 NOON. MY DAUGHTER AND I WALKED IN AND THE WOMAN TOLD MY DAUGHTER DOMINIQUE SHE'S NOT ALLOWED IN THE CAFE BECAUSE SHE BROKE THEIR COUCH.
HER AND ANOTHER PERSON WASN'T BEING ADULT -LIKE.. WHO WAS THE OTHER PERSON AND WHEN DID THIS INCIDENT HAPPENED? WHY, AT THAT TIME..THIS CLERK DIDN'T REPORT THE UNADULT-LIKE ACTING MANNER TO THE POLICE?
MY MOUTH WIDE OPEN AND SHOCK AS A MOTHER. I DID'NT KNOW WHY? SHE LITERALLY START BEING MEAN , NASTY ACTING WITH MY DAUGHTER. HER DEMEANOR AND GESTURE AS IF MY DAUGHTER WERE A BLACK SLAVE.
MY DAUGHTER HAVE MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS BUT VERY RESPECTFUL. SHE DIDN'T DESERVED TO BE TALKED TO LIKE THAT AND LIED ON DUE TO THE COLOR OF HER SKIN OR DISABILITY. SHE CLAIM MY 4'8 115 POUND DAUGHTERS WASN'T ACTING LIKE AN ADULT AND BROKE THERE FRONT ENTRY OF THE SHOP COUCH.
SO WE BECOME PAYING CUSTOMERS TO COUCH BREAKING TERRIBLE AFRICAN AMERICAN PEOPLE ACCORDINGLY TO HER. TO LIE ON MY DAUGHTER IS'NT GOOD FOR THIS BUSINESS. THIS CLERK I SEE AS A PARALEGAL A LIABILITY FOR THIS BUSINESS TO GET A LAWSUIT FOR DISCRIMINATION.
WE ARE DESCENT BLACK PEOPLE THAT PAYS FOR OUR ITEMS BUT SOME WHITE PEOPLE HERE IN MUNCIE, INDIANA BEEN MISTREATING US AND LYING AGAINST OUR NAME JUST LIKE THIS YOUNG WOMAN AT THIS SHOP.
BLACK PEOPLE DON'T GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS BUSINESS.. I'M A CERTIFIED PARALEGAL AND I NOR MY DAUGHTER DESERVED TO BEEN TREATED LIKE THAT AT ALL. PLEASE EXCUSE ALL CAPITAL WRITING...

This is one of the most poorly written complaints I've seen on this site and I have been here off and on since 1999. I can't even barely follow what is being said.
Future-going, leave out racist comments and find a native English speaker to write your posts for you.

You are a paralegal and you cannot even understand the English language as well as correct punctuation??? I have a hard time believing this report and get over the "race" card IE white cashier as a example.
WHO care what color you or the cashier are?? IF you daughter damaged their property they have the right to ban her from the property as anyone of ANY color would be banned. Mental health or not.
