Harry J Santora Porcelain Cap NY Staten Island

I was given Harry J Santoras name from a dentist I used to go to, Harry works out of his garadge which he turned into a workshop, Harry makes Implants, caps false teeth and all  cosmetic work for various dentists. Harry also works on patients in his non sanitary garage/workshop at half the cost of a dental office.   

I had a root canal done years ago and i lost the original cap so Harry made me a porcilen can and charged me $400 I paid him cash with no reciept he used dirty dremel tools to grind down the cap to match my bite 1 week later the cap fell out , I called him and he returned my call back in 4 days later giving me some crap he was sick, I went to his garage and he re glued it in, it lsted 5 days , Ive been calling him now for 2 weeks he just wont answer I guess Im beat out of $400 and the best part is the last time the cap came out i bit down on it and the tooth cracked more.  

I dont know what gives these people the right to do the things they do.
